  1. Melt Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. Add 2 cups water, Knorr(R) Rice Sides(TM) - Chicken flavor, carrots and celery to same skillet and prepare according to package directions.
  3. Stir in chicken and hot sauce. Serve sprinkled with blue cheese and, if desired, additional chopped celery.
