Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Mix together all ingredients except the confectioner's sugar. Roll dough into small balls and place on cookie sheets.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Roll in confectioner's sugar while cookies are still warm.
