  1. Place strawberries, orange segments, and grapefruit segments on a baking tray and freeze for 1 hour.
  2. Transfer fruit to a food processor; puree until smooth. Pour into a lidded container and stir in sugar. Cover container and freeze for 2 hours. Remove and stir sorbet; return to freezer until set, 1 to 2 hours.
