Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup packed chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup packed chopped fresh parsley
1 small shallot, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk sour cream, olive oil, vinegar, cilantro, parsley, shallot, garlic, ginger together in a bowl until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Chill for 3 to 4 hours prior to serving to let flavors blend.
