Ingredients
2 cups frozen cranberries, thawed
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
6 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons tequila
1 1/2 tablespoons Triple Sec or other orange liqueur
4 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
Directions
Place the cranberries in a blender; pulse until smooth; scrape into a bowl. Stir the lime juice, honey, tequila, Triple Sec, jalapeno peppers, and cilantro into the cranberries; cover and refrigerate overnight.
